The Company and Its Goals:

MEA Risk LLC was established in 2014 to essentially capture the data and information that provide empirical evidence as why and how states and regions are unstable. While analysts tend to lean more on violent events to explain developing situations, we believe the analysis on the root causes of these events are more nuanced. In fact, we know that factors such as social unrest resulting from poor economic performance and bad governance may have more consequential impact on stability than an act of terrorism.

MEA Risk was founded by geopolitical analyst, Arezki Daoud, who leverages his background as a technologist and an analyst who has been tracking North Africa and the Sahel for decades. Our services help organizations of all types stay ahead in terms of pinpointing threats and risks, providing services that range from short security broadcasts, analysis of ongoing events, and deep analyses that go beyond the headlines.
